I have been an instructor at Bay Fitness for a few years now and when I was offered the opportunity to become part of the new NEXT LEVEL team as part of the move to their new location – I jumped at the chance! Group Fitness, People and Fun is my passion! I can’t wait to meet every single member and I welcome you all to join our classes. Our range of Body Classes give a full body workout focusing on strength, cardio and Core. Each class has a slightly different focus but each one will give you a great workout for the week…try them all and let us know your favorite!! All levels welcome.

Yoga practice will help you to increase your strength, balance & flexibility flowing through a series of yoga postures and ending with a short, guided relaxation. Beginners are welcome to join & will be guided as to easier options where necessary.

Exercise is an exercise class based on the training concepts boxers use to keep fit. Classes take a variety of formats including shadow-boxing, skipping, pads, kicking punchbags, press-ups, shuttle-runs and sit-ups. a Relaxing 45min class combining yoga and pilates. Focusing on stretch, balance and core to slow relaxing music.
Pilates is an exercise system designed to develop every muscle in the body and improve blood circulation. It focuses specifically on building a strong core which is the foundation of an injury-free body. The classes are fun and vibey, so whether you are a stay-at-home-mum or a serious sportsman, all people from all walks of life will benefit from doing Pilates.
